By accessing or using TruckComplianceHQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TruckComplianceHQ provides DOT compliance tracking tools for trucking fleets and owner-operators, including driver and vehicle record tracking, expiry alerts, and one-time-purchase compliance tools such as the New Authority Launch Kit.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Payments

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis; pay-per-use tools are billed once at time of purchase. All payments are processed via Dodo Payments. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. No Legal or Regulatory Advice

TruckComplianceHQ's tools are informational aids to help track compliance deadlines and requirements. They do not constitute legal advice, and do not guarantee compliance with FMCSA, DOT, or any other regulatory body. You remain solely responsible for your fleet's regulatory compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckComplianceHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including compliance violations, fines, or missed deadlines.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
