Pay-Per-Use Tools

Tools such as the New Authority Launch Kit are one-time digital purchases. Because these deliver an instant digital product (a generated PDF/report), all sales are final once the document has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue — for example, payment was taken but the report was not generated or delivered — contact us at help@truckcompliancehq.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment confirmation, and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Fleet) can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact help@truckcompliancehq.com within 14 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@truckcompliancehq.com with your payment ID (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
